The location of the hotel was fantastic, with major attractions like the Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysee within walking distance. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and assisting with inquiries. Plus, the hotel was surrounded by a variety of bistro and restaurant options, offering plenty of dining choices.

The room felt smaller than what was advertised, and there were some cracks on the walls that were not visually appealing. Additionally, the noise from the street could be bothersome if the window was left open during the night.

The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. They were always available to help us with anything we needed, from room service to dry cleaning. The amenities in the room were also great, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi was a nice touch, and the soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast offered at the restaurant was delicious, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax and unwind.

Excellent customer service, both the evening warden and the front desk gentleman were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location, just a short walk from luxury shopping avenues. the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and secure.

Thin walls, could hear conversations from the adjacent room. No complimentary bottled water provided in the room.

We also appreciated the great service from the staff. They were amazing and managed to get us taxis upon request. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully put together with all the necessary amenities. We particularly loved the terrace where we could enjoy the welcome drink provided. The breakfast was delicious and we had the option of having it delivered to our room. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We highly recommend this place to families.

Stayed at a charming boutique hotel with great location. Booked superior double room and got upgraded to one with a balcony and a view of the city. Room was clean and had good air conditioning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
